FINANCIAL INFORMATION


Fee Schedule
Tuition and special fees are due three times during the academic year, on or before the following dates:

Term 1: September 1, 2023 (Term 1 tuition payments are due on the 30th of June)
Term 2: December 1, 2023
Term 3: March 2, 2024

Payment is to be made at Royal Bank of Canada, Account # 05745 2897445 (no cheques will be accepted) OR First Caribbean Bank, Account # 1126917 (no cheques will be accepted). Families with three (3) or more children enrolled are afforded a ten percent (10%) discount for the third child and each additional child. All new students must pay a onetime, non-refundable, capital development fee of $300.00 before the end of his/her first term of entry.

K3 – Grade 6
Tuition – $1,155.00 (inclusive of VAT, books and special fees)

Grades 7 – 12
Tuition – $1,325.00 

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Option 1
Annual payment in advance with 10% discount (total payment must be received by the opening day of school)

Option 2
Payments by term. All payments must be made before the first day of each term. First term for the following year must be made by June 30.

Option 3
Payment Plans (returning students only). Payment plans must be negotiated before the close of the school year for the following year. First payment must be made by June 30 and the final payment made by March 31.

Option 4

TUITION REFUND POLICY

The policy of the Catholic Board of Education regarding tuition refund is as follows:

If a student leaves within 1 – 2 weeks from the start of the term, the parent is entitled to a 75% refund on the tuition only.

If a student leaves within 3 – 4 weeks from the start of the term, the parent is entitled to a 50% refund on the tuition only.

If a student leaves after 4 weeks from the start of the term, there is NO REFUND.

*Capital Development fees and special fees are non- refundable and non-transferable.


DISCIPLINE

In order for the school community to function in an orderly and efficient manner, certain rules and regulations are necessary. These help to safeguard the rights and privileges of everyone. Upon entrance, a copy of the Student Handbook with the Code of Conduct will be given to each student. Parents are advised to inform themselves of this code in order to lend the support expected from them for the proper direction of their children.

STUDENTS ARE NOT PERMITTED TO USE CELLULAR PHONES ON CAMPUS.
